The Utrecht University Hall on the Domplein is the public face & ceremonial heart of Utrecht University. The auditorium is the oldest part of the building and dates from 1462. Utrecht University uses the University Hall for graduations, promotions, lectures, farewell lectures and other ceremonies. The University Hall attracts between one hundred and two hundred thousand visitors every year.
 
Vineyard operates the restaurant and catering facilities of the Utrecht University Hall. In collaboration with Utrecht University, a complete vegetarian assortment has been included in the foodbook. Upon request, in addition to our broad vegetarian range, there is also a document to which sustainable, seasonal seafood and meat dishes have been added.
