Catering University Hall

The rooms in the University Hall are available for hosting conferences, meetings, dinners and receptions. Rooms are available for groups between 6 to 300 people.

You can also reserve rooms at the next door Faculty Club. For room reservations, please contact the Reservations Department of Utrecht University.

 In collaboration with Utrecht University, a complete vegetarian assortment has been included in the foodbook. Upon request, additional to our broad vegetarian range, we also offer sustainable, seasonal seafood and meat options.
 
We have put together packages for various meetings in the Univeristy Hall. These packages can be expanded as desired with various sweet, healthy and savoury snacks, lunches, reception packages and dinners. If you wish to leave it completely up to us, choose a complete package for one or two half-days.

Closed on Saturday & Sunday, opening on request.
