After your defence or inaugural lecture, you are free to offer your guests a reception. The room rental is at the expense of the university, the catering will be charged to you. The reception room has automatically been reserved for you on the date of your defence or inaugural lecture.

Did you know that you can also use a room in the University Hall or the Faculty Club free of charge for a lunch or dinner after your reception? The options are diverse: from a festive dinner or dinner buffet to a more informal evening with a five-course walking dinner. Using sustainable seasonal products, we will make it a day to remember!
